Toilet flush valves
W-103LC high pressure concealed duct toilet flush valve
The concealed 20mm toilet flush valves consist of three different types:
- Walcro W-103CXP – Comes with a VR button use with standard back entry toilets.
- Walcro W-103C – Comes with the XP button use with standard back entry toilets
- Walcro W-103C-SS – Comes with a stainless steel sleeve for use in vandal prone locations. Use with prison toilets with extended inlet pipes.
Operating pressure range: 100 kPa – 600 kPa.
All three valves have the same inner design. They are designed to be installed BEHIND the toilet wall in a space called a DUCT. Access to the toilet flush valve is not inside the bathroom or where the toilet stands, but in the duct. Many hospitals and some government buildings have ducts where all the water piping is installed. It is also separate from the electrical and communications wiring. All prisons have ducts and that is where the 103LC-SS is used. See the image below where the flush valve is placed. The toilet can be either a wall hung or pedestal type, it does not matter, as long as it is a back entry model. Top entry models require exposed flush pipes and are not suitable for vandal prone locations.
Installations:
- Stainless steel toilet
- SS-PAN-FM & F-HCL Pedestal pan
- HDTX594 Shrouded stainless steel toilet
- CMPX592 Wall hung stainless steel toilet
Features:
- Made in South Africa

W-104C low pressure concealed duct toilet flush valve
Concealed toilet flush valve for low pressure. The 104LC range is a classic institutional flush valve since it incorporates a isolating valve. The isolating valve is used when the valve itself must be maintained or repaired without cutting the water of from the whole floor/room or building. It basically makes maintenance work easy and is require in all institutional installations.
The isolating valve is attached between the flush valve and the wall. It is designed to make maintenance on the flush valve easier by not having to close the main water supply
The concealed 25mm flush valves consist of three different types.:
- Walcro W-104LCXP – Comes with a VR button and isolating valve, use with standard back entry toilets.
- Walcro W-10LC – Comes with the XP button and isolating valve, use with standard back entry toilets.
- Walcro W-104LC-SS – Comes with a stainless steel sleeve for use in vandal prone locations. Also includes the isolating valve. Use with prison toilets with extended inlet pipes.
Operating pressure range: 30 kPa – 600 kPa.
W-106C Low pressure concealed duct toilet flush valve
Concealed toilet flush valve for low pressure. The concealed flush valve model 106 is ideal for factories and mining or installations with slightly lower pressure than normal residential institutions. It does not come with an isolating valve so you need to install either a gate valve close by or make sure that there is a shutoff valve close by, otherwise you need to close the floor or buildings water supply to open the valve during maintenance times.
The concealed 25mm flush valves consist of three different types.:
- Walcro W-106LCXP – Comes with a VR button and isolating valve, use with standard back entry toilets.
- Walcro W-106LC – Comes with the XP button and isolating valve, use with standard back entry toilets.
- Walcro W-106LC-SS – Comes with a stainless steel sleeve for use in vandal prone locations. Also includes the isolating valve. Use with prison toilets with extended inlet pipes.
Operating pressure range: 30 kPa – 600 kPa.
All prisons have ducts and that is where the 106LC-SS is used. See the image below where the flush valve is placed. The toilet can be either a wall hung or pedestal type, it does not matter, as long as it is a back entry model. Top entry models require exposed flush pipes and are not suitable for vandal prone locations.

Walcro W-550 Exposed commercial toilet flush valve
The Walcro W-550 comes in top entry and back entry models. These units are for exposed installation and not recommended for concealed applications. Minimum maintained pressure is 100 kPa and maximum pressure is 600 kPa. If pressure exceeds 600 kPa a Walcro pressure reducing valve (WC-WAL-PRV) must be installed before the unit. In new buildings or new installations, a Walcro Easy Clean Filter should be installed in order to ensure that the unit has prolonged life span and maintenance off time is reduced.
The supply pipe diameter is 20 mm BSP. The Walcro 550 has SANS 1240:2002 certification and is made in South Africa. It is designed to use potable water.
The unit is designed for commercial use. If industrial use is require we recommend either Walcro 104 or Walcro 106 models. The unit should not be used with slop hoppers or slop hopper combo’s.
Ideal for use with the F-CMPX592 and F-CMPX594 (paraplegic) wall hung stainless steel toilet with top entry.
Spare parts are available for maintenance.
Features:
- For use on top entry toilets.
- Adjustable volume control on unit.
- Adjustable flow time control on unit.

Walcro W-107 built-in boxed toilet flush valve
The Walcro W-07C/HP is a built-in boxed toilet flush valve with either 20 mm BSP inlet. Designed for toilets in non-vandal areas.
After installation the flush valve is still accessible for maintenance.
Quite often used as replacement flush valve of older concealed urinal flush valves.
The built in boxed model is also often used when there is no duct behind the toilet for the W-104C, W-104CXP or W-104C-SS models. Ideal places where the built in flush valve is used are petrol stations, factories, mining (although duct type is better for these applications), shopping malls, schools and other non-vandal type of institutions. Note that the flush valve is accessible from the front (for convenience).
